Why get Sirius?

Iedere unit wordt uit één stuk aluminium gefreesd
en is dus robuust. Ieder 'blok' heeft 8 geisoleerde ingangen en wordt via de
USB2 interface op uw PC aangesloten. De voeding is 6..36Vdc breed en een CAN-bus
interface op de achterzijde maken de unit kompleet. Koppel meerdere units aan
elkaar voor een gesynchroniseerd systeem.
Wat maakt de Sirius bijzonder?
DUAL CORE 24-bit A/D
Een bekend probleem, het signaal is groter dan verwacht en
het wordt dus afgekapt (clipping). De DualCore ADC technologie geeft u altijd
het juiste bereik omdat het signaal gelijktijdig met een hoge- en lage
versterking gemeten wordt.
Kortom: men hoeft zich nooit zorgen te maken over het meetbereik, het is altijd
correct!
Het dynamisch bereik is tot wel 165dB.
REAL-TIME DIGITAL COUNTERS/INPUTS
Er zijn twee typische toepassingen voor counters: gated
counter, waarbij over een vaste tijd wordt 'geteld' en pulse-breedte meting.
Veel applicaties hebben beide nodig en dan ook nog eens synchroon met de analoge
data.
Traditionele systemen kunnen dit niet goed synchroniseren omdat de counter data
en puls-breedte data pas bekend is, als de puls voorbij is. Bij de DEWESoft en
ORION counters loopt er nog een 2e counter, die de exacte tijd van de signaal
flank kan detecteren.
Dit unieke feature geeft ons de mogelijkheid om de exacte waarde van de counter
op het moment van de A/D klokpuls te bepalen.
ANALOGE UITGANG / FUNCTIE GENERATOR
In aanvulling tot de programmeerbare spanning- of
stroomvoeding
voor sensoren kan de Sirius MULTI module ook een analoog signaal uitsturen van
een ander kanaal, mathematische functie of fungeren als signaal generator voor
FRF en shaker testen.
Uitvoeringen:
Er zijn verschillende versterkers, welke
standaard per 8 kanalen worden geleverd. Maar DEWESoft beschikt over eigen
machine park met CNC-machines, waardoor elke combinatie van ingangen mogelijk
is.
ACC: Geluid en Trilling met IEPE ingangen
(constant current ICP voeding)
Ook geschikt als spanningsingang voor lage spanning.
MULTI: Multifunctionele analoge in- en uitgangen, aangevuld met digitale
counters
HV: Ingangen voor hoge spanning tot ±1.000V
